Jaymi has been reading Tarot since she was 13. It was in a Denver suburban bookstore when she stumbled on The Witches Tarot deck. Since then she’s become an avid collector of all things tarot and lists the Shadowscapes, Deviant Moon, and the Vertigo Tarot amongst her favorite decks. These days you can find her slinging cards at parties, events, or one-on-one sessions in person or virtually over the Internet. In her own life, tarot is her own inner compass. She reads for herself to seek guidance and inspiration from the cards. When it comes to living a tarot inspired life, Jaymi has a simple philosophy: clear the clutter, locate your anchor, and allow the woo into all aspects of your life.
Not only is Jaymi an accomplished reader, but she’s a respected member of the international Tarot community. She’s a con junkie and is seen at Readers Studio, BATS, and helps put on the program at the Northwest Tarot Symposium (NWTS) in her home town. At these conferences she hosts variety of classes, including: Inspiring the Muse, Imbibe and Divine, and Mix and Match.
Jaymi is also involved in the production of various Tarot media—authoring and editing books on Tarot, writing articles for magazines, and is addicted to producing little white books for others’ decks. In 2017, her first deck, Triple Goddess Tarot was published by Lo Scarabeo. She also co-hosts Tarot Visions, a weekly podcast devoted to all things oracular.
She resides in her home in Portland, Oregon with her partner and cat. Jaymi enjoys her non-Tarot time being out in the Pacific Northwest’s nature, writing at her computer, and playing video games.
